Commercial · Division 9 in-house
Commercial general contractor in Plano and Dallas
Restaurants, tenant finish outs, medical suites and offices, run by one team from first walk to final punch and CO.
How we handle commercial work
AllTex Construction started in residential and grew into commercial work as the company expanded. Today about 90% of what we build is commercial or multi-family, most of it in Plano, Dallas and the rest of DFW.
We keep Division 9 in-house: framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring and wall finishes are done by our own crews. We only sub out mechanical, electrical and plumbing, to long-term partners we trust. That's why out-of-town general contractors hire us to run their Texas jobs.
